The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the hotel's proximity to the metro station and popular landmarks was very convenient. A minor improvement could be made in terms of the pricing to make it slightly more affordable for guests.

We mentioned it was my boyfriend's birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a fabulous room and a complimentary bottle of champagne. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing an iron upon request. The rooftop terrace and hot tub were a great spot to relax with a stunning view. The location was ideal, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Spacious rooms with amazing bathrooms and one of the best showers we've had in all our years of traveling in Europe. the all, inclusive breakfast was absolutely fabulous , a great way to start the day. the hotel's central location was a key advantage, with easy access to the city's hop, on, hop, off bus and only a short walk from many attractions.

The lack of a bellman or security at the entry door was a downside, as we experienced a car tire slash and robbery in the front parking stall. If there had been cameras or staff monitoring the area, it could have been prevented.
